MOVE IN HOURS:
  • Friday - January 27th, 2023: 8am - 7pm

  • Saturday - January 28th, 2023: 7:30am - 9am

SHOW HOURS:

Saturday January 28th, 2023: Open to vendors: 7:30am - 10pm. Open to public: 9am - 7pm.

Sunday January 29th, 2023 – Open to vendors: 7:30am - 6pm. Open to public: 9am - 4pm.

BOOTH RENTAL:
  • Each Main level 10x10 inline booth for motorcycle-related and craft vendors costs $155.

  • Each Main level 10x10 inline booth for commercial vendors costs $250.

  • Each Main level 10x10 corner booth for motorcycle-related and craft vendors costs $200.

  • Each Main level 10x10 corner booth for commercial vendors costs $300.

    • Existing vendors with corner booths will be grandfathered in to old corner pricing.

  • Each Lower level 10x10 booth for motorcycle-related and craft vendors costs $140.

  • Each Lower level 10x10 booth for commercial vendors costs $210.

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:

  • $25 discount per booth with registration and payment by November 15th.

  • $15 discount per booth when purchasing 8-9 booths.

  • $25 discount per booth when purchasing 10+ booths.

PASSES & VENDOR PARKING:
  • 2 weekend (Fri- Sun) Vendor Passes are included with the first booth plus 1 extra pass for each additional booth.

  • 1 weekend (Fri-Sun) Vendor Parking Pass is included for up to 3 booths plus 1 extra pass for 4+ booths.

  • Extra weekend Vendor passes are $20 each (Limit of 4 extra per booth)

  • Extra Weekend Parking Passes are $15 each (Limit of 2 extra per booth)

  • Electrical in booth - $15 in advance ($25 cash only at the event)

  • 8’ Rectangular Table - $10 in advance ($20 cash only at the event)

  • Folding Chair - $3 in advance ($5 cash only at the event)

INSURANCE:

 

JUST AS IN PRIOR YEARS, VENDOR INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THE 2023 EXPO.

The requirements are a minimum of $1M general liability insurance. If you already have insurance that will cover you for the event, you just need to have your agent name the parties below as additional insureds and send the certificate to us info@coloradomotorcycleexpo.com

If you don’t already have insurance that will cover you for the event, we have partnered with an outside company to provide you with insurance at the lowest possible cost, around $40. The process to sign up is simple and please forward the certificates to us when complete. Click the "Get Insurance" button below.

Also as in prior years, we have attempted to get this requirement lifted and save you some money, but it just isn’t a possibility. This is a requirement from the insurance company for us to even be able to obtain insurance coverage for the entire event. We wish it could be different, but assure you it is not our choice, nor do we get any financial gain from it.
